3. Scope of Services
Our services include residential and commercial drain solutions as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. BIDS is only liable for work explicitly discussed, agreed upon, and paid for. Additional services require separate agreements and may incur additional charges.
4. Pricing and Payment

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a fee of $50.

Rescheduling is permitted with reasonable notice and subject to availability.

BIDS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to safety concerns, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Right to Refuse Service
BIDS reserves the right to decline service to any customer, property, or situation that poses a safety risk, violates our values, or falls outside our scope of expertise. This decision will be made respectfully and professionally.

8. Media and Documentation
To ensure quality, training, and transparency, BIDS may take photos and videos of work performed. These materials may be used for internal training, business documentation, and promotional purposes. We will never share identifiable customer information without consent.
9. Warranty Policy

BIDS offers limited warranties on select services, as outlined in your service agreement.

For jetting services, warranty coverage requires post-service camera inspection to verify results and condition.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the specified coverage period.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected—including EIN, phone number, bank details, or service history—is used solely for business operations and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed without consent, except as required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from services provided by BIDS shall be resolved in accordance with Ohio law, in the appropriate jurisdiction.
